Shipping policy

All products are shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your product has shipped you will receive a tracking number for your order. That tracking number then becomes the tracking for the status of your order. Black Solutions is no longer responsible once a package has been sent off, you must follow up with USPS or UPS for updates as they are their own establishment. We work diligently with our customers to provide accurate information on shipping and updates on orders.
